Was power fold a deleted feature in the XLT? I have a 2022 XLT with power mirrors and BLIS but they don't power fold. Or perhaps it was only offered with the highest tech package?

My 2020 truck came with both the 301A & 302A. The 301A option added power-folding side mirrors, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, a leather-wrapped steering and an appearance package. I'm sure Ford changed the option packages available for your 2022 XLT. There are ways of adding Power Fold mirrors, but you will need either the factory actuating button added to the dash, or an aftermarket switch, and manually wiring the mirrors into each door. You might want to check to see if Ford pre-wired the option into the doors for 2022 models, but that was not the case for the 2020. I added the Clear View towing mirrors and all my factory options in these new mirrors were plug and play, but if I want the puddle lights and/or turn signals, I need to add that wiring into my XLT.

Yeah, I have the 301A package on my 2022 XLT. I'll have to do some Google Fu to see if the wiring for the power fold is present on my truck.

My guess is that there is not going to be the wiring in the doors for the power fold feature. But, I've been wrong before. Let us know what you find.
