I had the same problem happen with mine. They replaced all the spark plugs and coils. Looks like they replaced the valve cover on yours. How would I know if additional work is required on my vehicle to correct the problem? Also curious of the step by step process and numbers you used to escalate your repair? Thanks.
I did just file a report with the NHTSA after reading your post. Guess I should file one for my transmission problem as well.
