EJH I meant the size of the tire not the brand is what comes stock on the FX4. No way ford is gonna put Michelin defenders on from the factory. They put the cheapest tires possible. I couldn’t even get 40,000 miles out of my stock Bridgestones. Garbage.
I went from the stock Bridgestone duelers 255/65/17 to the Michelin defender 265/65/17 which is what the FX4 Ranger comes with stock. I have the XLT 4x4.
This is directly out of the owners manual. And it is the problem I’m experiencing so I would have to lay blame on the tire change as stated in the manual.
