I actually ordered something similar and had to return as the rear door didn't open wide enough to allow me to use it properly. This one is slightly different so would be interested to know if it works for you.
My 2003 Ranger was in this recall, and it was a MAJOR pain in the ass to get it repaired. Our local Seattle Ford dealer Bowen Scarff Ford was ridiculous to work with. I used their website to schedule the recall repair, and they called me and shamed me for making it on a Friday because "Everyone...
Agreed! Mine is on a perscription diet to keep him in the proper weight, but I'm looking ahead when he's old. I'll check out that book, thanks for the recommendation!
Does it work with the Ranger when loading into the Crew Cab? I found the door doesn't open wide enough to allow the stairs I had purchased from Amazon to properly fit.
Curious if this one is working for you
Thanks! I had no idea that site existed. Just searched my dealer and they show in stock. I knew they had to have them, seemed strange they didn't have them.
EDIT: Just ordered off the Ford website as I called my local dealer was still unable to find them, even with a part number. Maybe time...
Hey friends!
Odd request. I purchased some stock running boards from someone who removed them for power running boards. When I picked them up I totally forgot to get the original mounting bolts. I called my local Ford dealer, and they claimed they don't even list them in their database. I don't...
For the Fumoto attachment, do you all leave the leave the tube attached or pull it off each time? I've watched a couple videos and it seems like you are suppose to remove the tube when done and close the cap back up.
Ok, great! Thanks for the confirmation. I have no problem doing all that, I just didn't want to attempt if there was a better way (like not removing a tire).
I appreciate the response
Has anyone changed the oil on their Ranger themselves? I watched a YouTube video and he was pulling off skid plates and plastics to get into things like the drain plug and filter.
Is that really required or is there a different method you used?
Thanks!
From what it seems like from reading all the comments here, the 2019 models got sound deadening, but Ford cheaped out in 2020 and ours sound like tin cans.
