Curious how often and what method everyone uses to wash their Ranger?
I use a pressure washer and foam cannon. Pre-rinse entire truck, spray wheel cleaner on rims and clean with brush, rinse off, foam entire truck, go over with hand wash mitt, pressure rinse off and dry. Wax or clay bar if...
Car and Driver published this article in Q4 of last year showing every OEMs autonomous driving system. Honda and VW are the most glaring omissions from the list, but they are actively working on their own autonomous driving systems...
Some of what you listed is a concern, but not enough to make me paranoid about it. Each year there will be more and more vehicles on the road using this technology.
Even if someone were to never get a vehicle that has this technology, they will still be exposed to it. Risking potential...
I don’t know when, but it’s just a matter of time before blue cruise is available throughout the entire ford line. I would guess before the end of the decade. Understandable why it doesn’t interest everyone. Right now ford gives a 90 day trial and then you have to pay a subscription to use it. I...
While my goal is to build a 10 sec sleeper, I am not setting out to build the worlds fastest Ranger. I want to build a streetable truck that I can take to drag strip when I want too. I agree manuals aren't the best for ultimate performance, but that will make this project even more unique as...
Because I already have the LS1. As I mentioned already, I like the coyote motor and have nothing against it. Ford builds world class V8's. Just need to finally get off my rear end and do something with this motor and decided this is the way I want to go
Understand what you are getting at, but did not want a Colorado/Canyon for this project. Has been done many times. Hoping to be the first or one of the first to do a swap in the new body style Ranger even though the previous body style Ranger has been swapped a lot too.
Project is a go :handsinair:
Stopped by local dealer today to check out the Ranger in person and get a feel for it. In stock they had a full loaded super crew lariat, 501A, FX4, Sport appearance package, spray in bedliner etc. Took it for a test drive and decided I was ready to make a deal...
I have a complelety rebuilt LS1 sitting in my garage from my brothers 04 GTO that got rear ended a few years back. Thinking about ordering a bare bones XL, swaping in the LS1 and building my own ranger monster.
I like the coyote as well, but since I already have the LS1 ready to go and it's...
Any chance the 2.3L can be swapped out in favor of an LS1? Would love to do it if it can physically fit some how. New Ranger with an LS1 would be :sunglasses:
