I'm in the same boat. All of the wheels I want are "Tacoma spec" with -10 or 0 offset which I think is a little more aggressive than I want, but I found what I want in 17x8.5 +15. Also planning on 265/70s. Hoping some more folks chime in with pics before I pull the trigger!
Nah definitely not necessary unless your really out there wheeling over rocky stuff. For me it came down to I'd rather have it and not need it, then need it and not have it. It was a $420 option.
You'll be more than capable off-road with your setup!
I ordered the same setup (XLT 4x4) without the FX4 package because I'm doing the Fox 2.0 kit also. I did spec the locking rear diff however.
It's a '98 Audi S4 Avant and a '98 Mitsubishi Lancer Evo V from Japan, I bought those with every intention of importing them since they will meet the 25-year exemption by the time I leave. Adding to my ever growing collection of toys
There's quite a few 2019+ US spec Rangers here...
I never shipped a vehicle when I got orders here a few years ago, so I was still eligible to ship via the government. That was the deciding factor in purchasing now versus waiting to get back to the US in a few years.
Getting the fleet home will be a different story as I'll be paying out of...
I ordered my '21 back in September and the truck was built December 21st. It's in route to the port to be shipped over to Germany. It will be probably be here before the website is updated lol.
Greetings all, I ordered my 2021 XLT SuperCab 4x4 back in September thru Military Auto Source and just received the VIN and build date of 21 December. Should have the truck here in Germany in a couple months. I went with Oxford White paint, ebony interior, 301A package, black appearance package...
I had the opposite happen back in September, I wanted to order a 2020 and missed the cutoff, so it ended up being a 2021. I ordered thru MAS which is a military program and just got the VIN and build date (21 Dec) the other day.
