I am kicking around getting a supercab with the 2nd seat delete. I need the space more than carrying 2 extra people. Did any one order their supercab with the 2nd seat delete? Or would I be better off just taking the seat out myself? Any pics

Thinking more about it , what I am going to do is measure how much oil to fill a FL 400 and do the same for the FL 910S. I use the FL 910S on my lawn equipment. I just have to get a FL 400.

Just by going figuring the volume to ounces of the filter with out taking into consideration the filter media space. Fl 400 is 16 oz while the FL 910s is 14.6. All based on outside dia. About 1.4 oz difference. I don't know if the filter media is the same size or any other internal components...

Has any one figure out if Ranger sales took away from F150 sales? Who is taking the hit? Chevy Colorado? Toyota Tacoma? Nissan Frontier? Someone has to be feeling it. Without looking up the numbers I think it is the Colorado from seeing the rebates on them.

I would have loved if Ford would just add another cylinder to the 2.3 making it a 2.9. Just beef up the lower end some and there you go. A inline 5 with the ecoboost as an option engine to the 2.3.

I would be happy with just a dip stick to check the transmission fluid level. I am too old school.

Will be replacing a 2007 Chevy 1500 classic w/t. Has close to 230,000 miles. Has been trouble free so far. I just hope it will last till I can replace it on my terms.
