There was a thread about this before and from what I remember there is no resolution at the moment. I have the same issue in my 2020, it has more to do with Sync rather than the model year. Its really a drag considering work fine via bluetooth.

Yeah, fx2 gets different struts than the other non-fx package trucks. The best way to get a smoother ride is to replace the fx struts with eibach or bilstein. More offroad focused would be to get the Fox 2.0 kit.
The front shocks for the Bilstein kit have notches that allow the stock spring to sit higher. It goes anywhere from stock front ride height to about 2.5 inches of lift. With the install I had the front end lifted to level out the rake.
My shop ordered the parts directly for Bilstein but they should have the same part numbers as Stage3. I have a 2wd as well and it really doesn't make a difference, if anything its easy without the 4wd system.

Just had the Bilstein 5100 installed all the way around on a 2020 FX2, installation took only a few hours and the ride improvement is quite substantial. Wish you could spec the truck out like this from the factory. On top of that, having the truck level feels much better.
