Solved my noise! The parking brake cable was slightly loose. Tighten the cable from the tension nut at the handle so there isn’t any easy play in the handle and no more squeak. It’s always the simple stuff.

Any update since taking it back?

If you are able, can you take pictures of the two areas? And the bed definitely makes sense that the sound/vibration would travel along the frame.

I have been thinking it was the brakes causing the squeak since it seems to go away while any amount of braking is applied. There is a shiny area on the outside of the pad. Do you all think this is the culprit or normal wear? The outside pad on the driver side doesn’t seem to have this shiny...

I tried shaking the exhaust and its made a noise, not 100% if it's the same noise though. I sprayed the hangers with grease anyways to see if the noise changed. No change at all.

Never mind about the brakes. I dropped the back seat and hear it much louder and seems to be something outside the cab but near the rear of the cab and front of the bed.

Update: I'm now leaning towards the brakes. I have noticed that when either driving with foot on the gas or just coasting, the squeak will happen. When there is any pressure applied to the brakes, the squeak goes away. Nothing looks off with the pads, the clips on the sides look to be in place...

I pushed on the spare without dropping it and flipped the backseat headrest and the squeak is gone. Not sure which was the cause but as long as the noise is gone, I'm happy. I appreciate the help.

I am hearing the same squeak and think it's coming from the rear right. Any updates on your troubleshooting?

Did you have any issues when disconnecting the battery for the install? I have heard that some modern cars with all the computers have issues if you try to disconnect the battery without some kind of computer calibration tool.
