I just switched dealers for my maintenance. After getting low balled when I tried to upgrade to a F-150 I pulled the plug on my dealer. I wasn't thriller with their service department anyway. Went back to my old dealer who I stopped going to after I moved. It's a longer drive but worth it.

When I was thinking about trading my truck for a RAM the dealer had a bunch of dealer options totaling $2000 that were already added. I told thrm I did not want them and he took them off like it was nothing. Good luck doing that with a Ford dealer.

My dealer has plenty of full size Broncos, Mavericks and F-150s on the lot. He will also give you the crappiest deal you can ask for. Felt like I was raped after I tried to trade my Ranger for a F-150. I guess dealer or Ford loyalty doesn't matter any more. I think I have purchased my last ford.

I had a first year F-150 3.5 Ecoboost. Had three issues with it which all got resolved in a timely manner. I made a call to corporate and they agreed this was excessive and agreed to give me a three year b2b extended warranty for free.
