Sorry to hear about your service woes, I am exceedingly lucky in that my local Ford dealer is top notch and its service department has never let me down.
Living in western South Dakota I consider myself to be living in the West--part of the Rocky Mountain region. Purists might disagree, but you can't get more western than Deadwood, SD.
1. Star Wars: Episodes 4 - 6 are the best, episodes 1 - 3 are bad, episodes 7 & 8 were tolerable, I am anxiously awaiting episode 9.

Mine went into production on 2/06, I got tired of waiting and bought one off the lot. When I was visiting with my local dealer he mentioned there was a shortage of steering wheels. WTH?
My ordered Ranger has been in production for six weeks and Ford could not say when it would be delivered so I monitored my local dealer's website and when they got this Ingot Silver 4x4 Lariat in I made a deal. A bit of an upgrade--I ordered an XLT--but I am very happy.
The reviews are amazingly consistent which is impressive. For those of us looking for a solid, reliable daily drive pickup we may have hit the jackpot.
I preordered an XLT supercrew 4X4 with the electronic locking differential and when I first checked the order tracking website that option was clearly shown in the order; last night when I went back to the site the order showed the 3.73 open differential rather than the e-locking. My question...
