Yea I just went and looked pretty good and took a dental tool to feel for cracks. I dont see any but I think its time to upgrade none the less in case. Better safe than sorry.

Thanks for the response. Yea now that I look at the zoomed image it looks like the bushings came that way from factory. Just never noticed. As far as the weld... Yikes!! Ill take a closer look all the way around. So am I overstressing the factory suspension with my setup?

Quick update. I was struggling to find the right size extension etc etc. I realized you can turn it by hand. I set up tape on the garage and watched as I pushed counterclockwise until it was were I wanted. Very easy.

I saw the install on Stage3Motorsports and its looks great but Im not sure how I feel about drilling/cutting all those holes then using rivets to secure it. I like these ease of the rhino (and other) removable bar systems but it looks like it may stick up really high.

Ok so I have a question. I have a Lariat FX4 truck on 265/60/18s. Im not going to lift or level it for a while. I just ordered some TA/KO 265/65/18 cause there in inch taller and more aggressive than the Hankooks. Could I put a one inch spacer on with the 265/65/18s and be ok?
