Yea sorry - but no - I sold my Ranger because of this, even if others aren't having the same issue mine was. Maybe its got something to do with the pinion angle I remember reading about here.
I drove the truck another year and ahalf to about 45k miles as I recall, and went back to the dealer...
That sounds super easy to obtain, any keywords I need to\can drop that would indicate to the 1800 staff I need this?
I think i'm going to be stonewalled to "Take your truck to a dealer"
Hey Team,
Sync3 novice here, I've done factory update from Ford only no Cyanlabs, to 3.4.22251, today I downloaded the latest maps from Sync Navigation page, and put it on two different flash drives, both clear of any data, fresh partitions and formats to ExFat32.
License file in the proper...
I'm awful with fitment guides, so any input would be helpful. I am on a stock suspension setup with no lift. It seems like this would fit without any issues, but i'm looking for conformation before ordering.
Much appreciated.
Bronco is nice, truck feels...heavy? The soft top is noisy at highway speeds but quiet otherwise. Fuel economy is proving to be worse than the ranger thus far.
Just working off the spec list, I recalled that number in my original post from memory. I remember my rear diff took around 2 quarts of fluid before it wept out of the fill hole.

I think it warranted its own post.
Hey Team,
Figured I'd share my experience. Please read the entire post here before hammering away. My 2019 Lariat Ranger, with 35,700 miles had catastrophic rear differential failure. Before the information, here is some relevant information.

Greetings Fellow Ranger owners,
I'm at 34k miles and I have a pulsing while braking issue, so I'm assuming I've got a warped front rotor.
I wanted to take this time to just do pads and rotors on all four corners and maybe stainless lines, but I can't seem to find any real options for brake...
Thread Revival.
So I did my 19's Rear, PTU and Front fluids at about 1000 miles, I just hit around 30k, and figured I'd do them again to be safe, its not expensive and its good preventative.
I'm glad I did (at least for the rear, the PTU and Front were likely just fine).
The rear (which when...
It only took me like a week past when I said I would.
Here ya go.
As a reminder, SPD catted downpipe, Vibrant ultra quiet resonator, Borla S-Type Catback.
I'll get one tomorrow after work. Its funny, I know i'm not describing this well. But when im out of the truck, on the exhaust exit side, I actually think it sounds pretty good. Its when im in the cab, or driving i'm like "Meh, that is...something" lol
I have the Borla, if I could do it again I think I would do either the AWE or the full magnaflow. It drives me nuts the cost of these catbacks, that don't include the midpipe runner between the "catback" and the downpipe.
Magnaflow includes that.
Borla makes a great unit, but sometimes I...
For me, and what i'm experiencing this is after i've started my truck, let it warm up for about a minute or two, and reverse out of my driveway at normal speeds (5mph or less) I always drive slowly and carefully before the truck has reached operating temperatures.
When I hit 30k miles Im...
I hadn't seen they opened the presale for the rad already! Cool! - As for another reason to purchase one, they eliminate plastic end caps, millions of cars are on the road today with plastic end-cap radiators without a problem, but i'd just add that to the list of Pros above. Having a...
You can mix Octane no problem, and the truck should be wise enough to sort that out without any problems.
As for leaded vs non-leaded I would not do that, leaded will definitely cause issues with sensors, cats, etc and IDK how it would work in the High pressure fuel system.
Thats my 0.2 cents.
