I have a 2020 XLT 2WD. Calls for 265/65R17 tires. When I bought it April 1st it had brand new Cosmo Gripit XT 265/70R17 tires. They rub when I hit extreme hard turns.
Thank you for your input and information. Turns out, for my Sony head unit I am installing, connecting the parking brake lead to ground is all that is needed.
I'm not removing the switch from the parking brake. Simply connecting the parking brake wire from the head unit and connecting it an on/off switch to either ground or +12 volts, which ever the head unit needs to see.
I have the soft brake pedal like many others. More concerning is the pedal fads while I'm stopped at red lights. If I apply light to moderate pressure on the pedal the truck starts creeping forward. I am not letting up on the pedal. Also, if I hold the pedal down with heavy pressure it gradually...
So I watched several YouTube videos specific to 2019-2023 Ranger load resistor installs. All of them installed only one resistor (per side) but always on the front turn signal. I moved my resistor to the front and all is good.
Actually , I didn't replace any I just purchased this truck and it had all LED lighting on it already. The only hyper dash that happens is on the dash with the indicators the outside LED lights flash normal speed. Thanks!
The LED lights on the outside flash fine. Dash lights hyper flash. I installed a 50 watt 6 ohm resistor across the left rear turn signal bulb. Still has hyper flash at the dash, do both sides need to be installed before the hyper flash stops? The load resistor does get warm so it would seem it...
How can I tell if my recently purchased 2020 XL is lifted? It seems a little high to me. Is there a measurement that can be taking like ground to high point of the of the wheel well?
