FINAL UPDATE: I don't mean to interrupt the key talk, but I did download the update through the ford website onto a 32 GB USB, plugged it into the truck and let it run for 30 mins, did the soft reset (Seek Fwd + Radio power), and now everything works and is back to normal. Thanks guys!
