  1. Transmission fluid change but no filter change?

Until it no longer passes the required amount of fluid.
  2. Had 2024 Lariat as a loaner

I can't even get my local dealer to return my call for some warranty work. I didn't buy my Ranger there, but I'm going to buy another truck in the next 50 days and guess where I won't bother shopping?
  3. 2019 Ford Ranger Lariat, no one has rear driveshaft, even ford dealer.

Maybe take it to a driveshaft shop to be balanced?
  4. 10r80 dead. 110k miles. Ford sucks

I'm curious. Did it have a flush or a filter/fluid change?
  5. Transmission fluid change but no filter change?

Personally, I would (and soon will be) drop the pan and replace the filter and fluid. I've yet to drop a pan that didn't have the magnet covered with ferrous material to the point that it was likely saturated(not to mention the amount of other non-ferrous gook covering the bottom of the pan)...
  6. Leaking axle seal or brake caliper?

Clean thoroughly with the last step being brake cleaner. When all clean and dry apply this...
  7. 3D Printable 'Rain Guard' - Keep the water out of your spark plug wells

I have to admit, dum-dum can be quite messy, but I have some on the shelf, so I'll see what happens. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
  8. 3D Printable 'Rain Guard' - Keep the water out of your spark plug wells

I like it and appreciate your efforts, but it looks to me that some dum-dum sealant ( https://medallionrefinish.com/products/repair-products/adhesives-sealants/extruded-seam-sealer/dum-dum-strip-caulk ) could be used in between the two horizontal pieces to deflect the water to the side of the...
  9. The new rangers have a cover/insulator over the high pressure fuel pump.

Will it involve the dealer drilling a drain hole into the engine block?
  10. Engine Replacement at 50k Miles - rod bearing

Ahhhh... I thought maybe I was missing something (and I did-the smiley face).
  11. High Mileage & Fluid Changes

Mine goes out of warranty soon and I'll definitely be switching to Mobil 1 full synthetic as soon as I use up the Motorcraft oil.
  12. Failed ball-joints and control arm.

Buy the ball joint separately and press it in yourself, or take it to a machine shop. FWIW if OEM parts failed prematurely, I'd be inclined not to put them back in. Moog is usually a good choice.
  13. Start/Stop Eliminator Install the Quick Way

You beat me to it. The install only takes a couple of seconds.
  14. Hankook Tires

I picked up a set of Bridgestone take-offs and only got about 25,000 miles out of them. They were noisy and din't ride as well as the Hankooks. The Hankooks are now back on my 2019 and they're much better than the Bridgestones, but I doubt I'll replace with Hankooks.
  15. Magnets in the trans pan?

The friction disks ride and clamp onto "steels" in between. I've seen enough sparkles in transmission pans to know that I want to drain that metal from the transmission and not force circulate them with with the shops "flush". I've yet to see a transmission magnet not completely covered in...
  16. Magnets in the trans pan?

JB Weld would be my top pick. I assume it has a drain plug? Maybe buy a plug with a magnet attached?
  17. Coolant Loss maybe Mystery

I think you can borrow a coolant system pressure test kit from O'Reilly's or AZ?
