SXBTD1V1 does not work with Ford. Factory installed XM antenna seems to be weak. Don't know of a good option, wish there was one.

I also have issues with Sync when I start my truck in the garage. I think it can't get a signal it is looking for. I do a soft reset after backing out. Soft reset is hold power and next track for 5 seconds, then release. That would be better than sitting beside the road for a few minutes...

Yes, I received the 42,000 points but it wasn't instantaneous. I called and was told the modem had to be active for 30 days, and then it could take 30 more days to receive. I think it was more like 3 weeks total. Just show up out of the blue.
