This is my 1st ford. Coming from the BMW community (8 total) I’ve never had panel alignment issues. whether it’s the end consumer that don’t care or the assembly line slap it together mentality, it’s a reflection on the “times”.

Body shop originally said they couldn’t fix and said no one ever noticed. Said the f150’s had this problem too. Can’t tell you if the bed or the cab was aligned. Service rep didn’t know.

Got the Ranger back from the dealer. Luckily they had a body shop on premise. Truck bed was realigned and centered on the frame. The tail light was realigned so it lines up with the bed quarter panel. It does protrude somewhat on the outside now but I think I can readjust somewhat within...

2022 Lariat SCAB bed is shifted to the drivers side about 1/2 inch from the factory. Also the tail gate gap on the sides also appears to be mis aligned. It clears the passenger tail light about 1/8”. Is this something that a warranty claim would cover? Or is what is expected from Ford quality...
