Accidentally left my fob in my pocket when I washed my pants. Took the fob apart to let it dry out. Once it was dry, I installed a new battery and re-assembled it.
Within 24 hours I get a warning that the battery is low.
What the heck is killing my battery???
Yeah, drilling is not an option. I don't need it mounted on the dash that bad.
I have no problem with stuff sticking to the dash of my Honda Pilot, and am amazed at how even GoPro tape won't stick to the Ranger.
I've been trying to mount a rearview camera monitor on my dashboard and can't get anything to stick! I pre-clean the spot with alcohol and it doesn't help.
Heavy duty velcro...no stick.
GoPro mount adhesive...no stick.
What in the world is in the dashboard plastic that is causing this???
Thanks.
Left my keyfob in my pocket and it went through the washer. Now the buttons aren't working. I know, I know...stupid.
So I unlocked my truck this morning using the key, only to discover that I had seconds to start the truck or the alarm would go off! What the heck??? I had an armload of stuff...
