@Dgc333, thank you. It sounds like yours is working the way it should, the way mine used to. I very rarely use the phone, very rarely make/receive calls while driving. But, when I do, I prefer to use the physical buttons on the steering wheel, rather than navigating through the touchscreen...

@ControlNode, this is what I see. This if from using the right-side selector on the steering wheel, selecting Phone (not Entertainment or Nav). Then All Calls, Missed Calls, Incoming Calls... All those selections show this same blank screen.
