I'm going to go with aftermarket draw tite and install it myself. Too many dealers charging too much for labor. If I DIY it I'm only out $120 for the hitch and $120 for the harness/sleeve. All in still costs less than the factory hitch. From what I can gather there is no real benefit to the...
Thanks! I am enjoying it so far. There was a couple of days where I said to myself "what the hell, I cant believe this price, there has to be something wrong with this truck." But so far so good, no issues to complain about.
I spoke with the dealer I purchased it from and they said they will...
Thank you! It does still have factory warranty for about another 5k miles. I purchased it from a used car place, not from a Ford dealership. But because it has warranty I should be able to go to any Ford dealer for service right?
Thanks, I will look into an allignment. Not sure on the tires, I believe they're 18s but I'll check on the brand.

Hey guys, I just purchased a 2020 (used) Ranger Lariat 4x4. I've been looking at trucks for a few years and finally found one I liked. I always liked the Tacomas, but they seem a little pricier and gas mileage was not as good. I looked at the Maverick extensively and for the price of an XLT...
Normally I would just install a hitch from e trailer myself. But I like the fact that its OEM. This may be a dumb thought but Ford rated it at 7.5k towing with the oem hitch not an aftermarket one. Not that I'll be towing that much but I would like to keep it as close to factory as I can.
Anyone have an idea of labor costs for the dealership to install factory hitch/harness? They quoted me 5-7 hours at $150 per hour, seems a little high.
Hello everyone, I know this thread is old but it's relevant to me. I also read through every page and didn't find an answer.
I just purchased a 2020 Ranger Lariat 4x4. It doesn't have a tow package on it, I came to the decision about adding the factory one, no big deal. I can't seem to find...
