Is it possible to plasti dip the side fender vent badges? I just want to do the chrome border of the vent badge. Never used plasti dip. Any advice?

Hi I’m getting my 2021 ranger rust checked today and we noticed the factory holes in the rocker panels do not have the inserts or covers. just wondering, is it normal to not have covers for the holes in the rockersor am I missing them and need to go to dealer?

Update. So it’s not that the switch is just set to dim. And they are defiantly supposed to be on as the slider is up… just no lights, I’m currently updating the software because I realized I never hooked it up to my home wifi. anyways was hoping someone would know what fuse I can check also...
