My 2019 has door sticker stating 30 psi, Falken says 51 psi for this tire. So I be running 30 or 51? Im currently cold at 38 or 39 psi

Recently, I changed tires to Falken Wildpeaks. I notice a shaking while braking. I changed front brakes and rotors, I still feel a shake in pedal while braking. Question is can this type of tire contribute to the shaking? Thanks

2019 Ranger 125k miles. When braking I feel an uneven grabbing of brakes. Doesn't seem to happen all the time and only at certain speeds. The truck actually stops fine but shakes some until I lift. It is not a violent shaking. Any ideas?
