  1. Tremor Specific Parts Thread

Lol, yup. That's the easiest option.
  2. Photos of DECKED, Bestop TrekStep, BOLT, and Go Rhino accessories

I really like that locking system. Def gonna get some. I'm debating on the front bumper replacement and I like the option of the Shrockworks mount.
  3. Ford licensed TBC Install Instructions

That's a pretty good deal. It's def more than a $75 pain to install it yourself.
  4. Made in USA and keepin in that way!

As someone who makes things "in the usa"... Any LED light you get may be assembled here, but we don't have plants that make the diode chips (or not to my knowledge, or for a decent price) or the control systems (drivers). So, maybe the casing is made here (I doubt it) but certainly all the...

Also this video from the link posted above. 2019 Ford Ranger crew cab passenger-side small overlap IIHS crash test - YouTube
  6. Passenger Airbag Deployment

I've had that area apart. It goes up through the dash. Mounting things that stick above the trim piece above the glove box might be a bad idea. So as long as they don't stick up too high you should be good.
  7. How to install 3000W pure sine wave inverter?

Yeah, LiIo and Lead Acid can be hazards if not properly used. Newer tech like LiFePo4 and related are much more stable. Just $$$$.
  8. How to install 3000W pure sine wave inverter?

LiFePo4 if you can get a good deal. Those are the ultimate battery.
  9. How to install 3000W pure sine wave inverter?

I have one of the 2kw Honda’s and love it. Pretty quiet and used it to power a espresso machine (small), big ol bunn coffee maker and grinder for an event without issues.
  10. How to install 3000W pure sine wave inverter?

DON'T / You Can't (Shouldn't). Not without a lot of caveats. First off. DO NOT just wire this in to the existing battery/alternator. I doubt the alternator has ample wattage to feed a full 3KW (250AMPS) at 12 Volts. Feeding directly off the battery is a no-no as well. HALF that wattage would...
  11. Louder Horn for FREE

I think they recently changed the "metals" used in the connector to make it less prone to corrosion... maybe? The replacement I got looked like it might have been different. Still used some anti corrosion coating anyway.
  12. Louder Horn for FREE

That happened to my 2019 ranger! lol... ended up just buying a replacement and put some DeOxIt on the terminals to help prevent that.
  13. Best Mods for New Ranger

I've heard adding a power port to the bed is a pretty good "mod"...
  14. 110v option like F150

Honestly at that point, getting a Jackery 1000/2000 or a Yeti would be a easy way to go. Can charge it based on the 12V socket or solar, and not have to wire a bunch of stuff. Really depends on the use (E.G. if you are using a full 1kw for hours, but then maybe get a generator..).
  15. 110v option like F150

This isn't something "difficult" to do, but some of the hard parts would be bypassing the smart alternator stuff in order to charge a larger, high amp battery pack, how to directly connect (and maybe upgrading the alternator) to run directly, and some other "smart" stuff. I'm working on building...
  16. DIY: Adding the 12V Power Outlet Option in the Bed

Lol, all in jest. Ford can't think of every possible situation for everything. Though, if I was an manager at Ford, I'd have made them just include bed lights and power... Especially considering what they were trying to compete with. Oh well. Just like the guy that makes the trim piece for the...
  17. DIY: Adding the 12V Power Outlet Option in the Bed

Slowly. The switch adapter is pretty good now, and takes any "long" 12mm pushbutton style switch (the anti vandal type). Working on the LED adapters, and those should take any 11mm bolt style LED. But focusing on getting a coffee roaster installed at our farm soon, so that's been the priority...
  18. DIY: Adding the 12V Power Outlet Option in the Bed

Most of those convert to USB charging rates. Yes.
  19. Ford licensed TBC Install Instructions

I'd say that a lot of the aftermarket companies don't want to deal with the "risk" of that. And it's a pretty small market segment. idk, a lot of variables here. I've been happy with the old RedArc at least.
  20. Ford licensed TBC Install Instructions

Yes, mostly true... It's ALSO a newer version of the controller itself. I bought the RedArc last year, installed it and then moved that one to my dads vehicle and have the official Ford one for mine. The controller is one that is slightly different than what's on RedArcs website and is a newer...
