  1. Biggest tires, no lift?

I didn't see a response to your post, so I'll help you out. I can confirm 265/70R18 fit with a leveling kit. I have the Fox 2.0 and I'm running this size tire (Falken Wildpeaks) with no issues on this exact wheel.
  2. Ranger sightings rare in US

I'd be screwed...I'd likely drop it.
  3. Ranger sightings rare in US

It's more or less THE running joke here on 5G...and it's Dave's (@AzScorpion) fault... :giggle: And there are many on here who don't believe in the damper...they are the ostracized
  4. Ranger sightings rare in US

There's probably a damper involved somehow...
  5. Before & After pics....leveling kit & wheels/tires

Thanks, Dave. Much nicer ride. The Fox suspension stiffened up that "floaty" feel of the FX4 shocks. I'll know better once I get it on the freeway, but so far I'm happy with the ride on the back roads getting home...and even happier with the look :inlove:
  6. Before & After pics....leveling kit & wheels/tires

Finally has the leveling kit and tires - just got her back from the dealer. Ford Fox 2.0 w/ Falken Wildpeak AT3W 265/70R18 on stock rims. Before & After:
  7. Remembering 911 20 Years Later

Still one of the worst things to see, even 20 years later. I was watching the 60 Minutes special of the interviews of firefighters talking about that sound - absolutely, heartbreaking.
  8. What did you do to your Ranger today?

Amen to that. I dropped it off tonight and was talking to the service guy and mentioned I've been trying to do this for almost a year and a half. And I drive it - that's how the winder got broked.
  9. Whooooo Hoooooo

Maybe there is hope for me?
  10. What did you do to your Ranger today?

Not today, but yesterday - had the windshield replaced because of this. She gets to go in Tuesday to FINALLY get the leveling kit and tires installed. I'll post pics after I get her back.
  11. Remembering 911 20 Years Later

I was living in base housing at the time and my wife called and told me to turn the TV on. I stood in shock as I watched the first tower burn and plane fly into the second tower. I had to take my kids to daycare off base and by the time I came back to base, it was a surreal site to see the...
  12. hard, flush folding cover

Yep, that's the case with the Lomax. There may be more secure versions out there, but I went this route because I didn't want it to cover the back window when open and can easily remove it.
  13. hard, flush folding cover

Yes, you do have to open the tailgate to open the cover. It doesn't have a lock, but does secure enough that it won't fly open - somebody with enough determination would be able to pry it open.
  14. hard, flush folding cover

I've got the Lomax on my truck and love it. It's aluminum, so you it'll hold up well and you don't have to worry about it denting from the hail (unless you get those softball-sized hail stones in Florida - I don't think ANYTHING would hold up to those). It comes off the truck pretty easily for...
  15. Gun Related Pictures and Chat

I'm surprised he admitted to working on the Ridgeline
  16. Anyone hit the magic 100k mileage yet?

Right at 25 months and just over 21K on mine. I typically put about 15K a year, but working from home last year put a DAMPER on the mileage.
  17. Show Us Your Garage/Workshop !

Beautiful restoration. And you're a good man, Phil.
