My last truck was a Dakota with the 4.7L V8 as well, so I'm naturally going to make the same comparisons. That 4.7L sure did sound amazing. Always ready to be driven hard and fast and never had issues. I also hope the Ranger is going to be a natural upgrade to it. I had an electric blue sport...
You'd think that it would almost be a standard feature on any car. It doesn't really cost that much to add a light to a mirror and it'd be extra safety.
I'll have to try to check it out. My next day off isn't for another 2 weeks but I will see if I can get free for a few hours and work willing (and wife willing) I will hopefully get to see it before it's gone. Fortunately, Bozard Ford is only 10 minutes from me and they have a few on the lot...
One of the most amusing uses of a K&N air filter I've had was the time I added one to my 09 Civic hybrid and tore out all the intake tubing and installed a custom ram air induction. There was something about the way it howled that was cute and hilarious being that it was a hybrid. My wife hated...
If that is the case, then they may have had to move the led lights so it wouldn't interfere with something that had a purpose. That would make sense why the final product has them integrated into the lower part of the bumper. The nice thing about leds is how easily you can install them just...
I think I saw a video somewhere where a Ford engineer was talking about the Ranger and he mentioned how there were integrated air dams on the bumper to move air around the truck for aerodynamics similar to the new Silverado but less ugly (not the actual phrase used).
Truck looks amazing. I'm glad you got what you wanted. The bed liner is easy enough to add whenever. Enjoy your new truck and let us know how it us after you get used to it.
When I tested a 2019 F150 with the 2.7L the auto start/stop felt and sounded very obtrusive to me. During the test drive it kept shutting off and turning on the engine all down US1 and it turned me off to the truck at first blush until I took a few moments to consider I would end up hooking up a...
When I had my 89 Probe GT, I had a pacesetter exhaust on it. Came with dual black tips with yellow accents around the tips. It was pretty slick on my black beauty.
That's cool. My Fiesta has the ambient light switch too but it is a physical button on the dash so it is easy to switch the color as desired. It's nice to change it periodically according to mood.
Mullinax Ford in Florida has 2 Lariats listed. One in Kissimmee and the other in Palm Beach for any Floridians looking. They also don't charge dealer fees.
