Yes, I do. I just posted a few in a parallel thread in this section. If you want more, I can add some here or maybe in a profile thread, which would take longer to build.
It's a pressed in bolt, you need to compress the spring, and only then remove the center top nut, put the compressed string aside, change the bolt (may need some serious hammering) and then you put everything back. Or order a new top plate, it should come with bolts.

Mine, before lift, stock tyres 265/65/17.
After lift: 2" front (32mm spacers) and back (add a leaf). Tyres 265/70/17". Flares added later.
And here a comparison with a stock ranger, model Thunder 2020. This time is with the winter tyres...
