Hi guys seeing if anyone has the Tremor package that includes the K02s (265/70R17) and a Ford Performance tune. If you do...could you tell me what comes up for your tire sizing on the Pro Cal?
I just had one of the performance packs installed yesterday....Fox kit, Raptor wheels/KO2tires and FP...
They come with a really thin strip as well from Air Design / Ford Performance shop. I was worried about how well they would stick. 3 years later.....still looking good and stuck on there. They aren't budging unless pried off.
Got my larger tires and wheels on today, K02 265/70R17 . Went from the stock 18" wheels with the Hankook 265/60/18. The guys at the shop were nervous about putting the 5th larger tire in the spare location. They said it looked like it would fit but were also nervous about my new rim getting...
@Jedadiah Is that still happening? What year is your truck? I did see quite a few folks had this issue on the 2019's when they started rolling out.
I've always been paranoid about it but nothing yet on my 19....knock on wood.
Truck looks great Jeff!! Man, I have to say...LOVE the color. That "navy grey" has always been a fav of mine when I saw Audi doing it back in the 2000's. Clean looking truck!
As for what I did to my Ranger today...dropped her off this morning at Rad Custom Rides...
I kinda get what GitRDone is saying. With
the Ford ESP warranty you know its backed and if it was a valid/approved claim......ANY Ford repair center would have to honor it. Yours may not have that guarantee. You would have to work these details out between the warranty provider and place doing...
Great advise, listen to this man. I bought mine from Flood and also added the bulb coverage for peanuts more. It will more than pay for itself if the tails or headlights go tits up. Those LED's are a pretty penny.
When I bought, my plan came out to around $1,500 for the full 8yr/100K mile...
I've been slowly getting rid of the chrome on my L. Blue Lariat. Replaced the side emblems with the black vented inserts from Ford Performance, have the raptor grill. Only thing left is the ecoboost badge. Puth this on yesterday....quick 10min job!
Edit: The lettering and accents look chrome in...
I still have my two but they are pretty much garage queens. They get less than 1k miles a year these days (the Elise less than that, under 500) ....which is a shame. Too much family stuff going on; kids sports, then fishing, boating and water sports when I am free in the summer, so the Ranger...
I have done nothing but 92 every tank my entire ownership. Got to keep that OAT up for the power :). I actually just bought the FP tune yesterday and can't wait!
Gas prices are stupid where I live. Even my local Safeway gas is over $5.70 for premium.
Will do and thank you!! I'm excited for the extra oomph and a big jump in torque. I will definitely share my thoughts.
I know it's not as aggressive as the others out there and thats fine! Trust me...im not scared running a non approved tune. I run aftermarket tunes and forced induction setups...
Havent recieved yet but will be mailed and ariving at dealer by Wednesday.
Welp...went and got my oil changed today and tires rotated. I know they do this crap on purpose. The waiting room was also the parts/performace dept. It's just like a ride at Disney where you get off and find yourself...
I tend to talk too much and go off topic it seems! Also to correct my original post...I've had 2 oil changes. This will be my 3rd with just over 14k miles. Looking in my service app...I completed my first oil change at the dealer at 4,470 miles.
I get why some folks change their oil much more frequently than I would. Towing habits, off roading, dusty environments etc or it's the way they have always done it. I do what works best for me...and they do them.
For me...I'll follow the monitoring system due to my personal use of the truck. I...
I have that same shirt! I am in the club. I can manage putting it on but moving it from the washer to the dryer when wet....thats a whole 'nother story!
5 new Ford Performance black Ranger Rapter wheels (still deciding between K02s or WildPeaks tires), matching black lug nut kit, black rear badge/camera housing kit and just installed the tailgate damper that pairs nicely with my Olive Oyle arms.
First truck purchase for me....didn't realize factoring in hauling a sheet of plywood was a prerequisite when buying one. I've never purchased a sheet of plywood in my 4 decades on this planet.
Needed the larger cab for the family. The bed extender does its job when I need a bigger...
In my haste replying.....maybe I should have included that "minor" detail. Thanks for pointing out my bone head non clarification, yes...I have SCrew. Now if they only gave me that SCab longer bed in my SCrew........queue the music....Heaven, I'm in heaven.
