After reading this post I ran out and bought a torque wrench. I set it @100 lbs. less than 1/8 of a turn and it clicked in. I have 3944 miles on the Ranger and it looks like they were tightened properly.

Wow. That install on the video looks like sh_t. If I had a drop in liner I would never want to cut it up like that and have to pop in a screw to hold in place

Double bonus. Rear mud guards and passenger side swing box arrived yesterday. I had to spend a few bucks and get it from Ford just to have the blue oval on them. Sometimes I’m dumb that way when it comes to money. I’m liking the swing box a lot. Must have the drivers side. Need a beer cooler...
