Agreed. Nothing crazy. 4" in the back is likely the most possible without notching the frame and only a very gentle drop in front.
Will make ingress/egress easier and bed access much better
I've seen my 2019 restart the engine spontaneously to maintain a/c temps, but maybe a feature of the automatic climate control?
But, the symptom is classic bad radiator fan clutch.
I often carry an extension ladder, piping and conduit and other "long stuff" on my Ranger. At the same time, need the ability to open the front or rear covers on the tonneau.
On my old '02, I adapted bits from both an Explorer and Windstar for a permanently installed solution. For my '19...
I think every Ford publication shows the 18" machined wheels with Stealth Gray pockets as having color matched center caps. Every "live" example I've seen has bright caps on the wheels.
Can't seem to find a part number for them. Two of my local Ford dealers (no real helpful) can only find the...
The best color is the one on your own Ranger.
I wanted a monochromatic look and did not care for the Black package wheels so magnetic on magnetic works for me.
Had a long talk with my local custom spring shop.
Other than they thought I was totally crazy to alter the truck, and pretty uninterested in doing the work, they finally did say that if I design the springs, they'll build them. About $650 out the door for a pair.
Seems a bit on the high side...
Hmmm, looks like a late AMC Pacer rear spring is mechanically very similar, except for 4" more arch and quite a bit softer. Maybe add shorter rear shocks with coil spring helpers?
Going to check in with a custom leaf shop this coming week, also need to get true weight on rear axle
Been tempted to get custom rear springs with a 2-3" lift then flip the axle over the springs. Should give about a 3" overall drop. The OEM rear shocks might not be happy with the drop so have considered trying a set of earlier Ranger shocks.
But, if Belltech brings out a complete package at a...
Yep, bought a 2200 mile "loaner" for about $10k under another dealers "loaner" and $12.5k under for a zero miles example.
Selling dealer fully disclosed the history and that the 3/36 warranty started when the vehicle first went into service.
As an un-titled vehicle with its original...
Bought a Magnetic grill for mine. Ham fisted seller broke 4 of the 7 retainers so I swapped the chrome trim on mine with the magnetic pieces.
You're welcome to the chrome w/damaged tabs grill for cost of shipping from Florida if you'd like.
