OK, after doing some digging, my OEM rims are apparently +55 offset and my new rims are +18 offset. My 1.5 inch wheel spacer is 38mm. So if I'm thinking of this correctly, with the spacer on my offset will be -20. Yes? What are your thoughts on this? Thanks man..
I have new Bilstein 5100 shocks and struts, OEM tires and aftermarket rims (same size as OEM). The struts are adjustable but i had them installed as they were out of the box (no lift).
I just dropped my truck off to get a resonator installed to tone my exhaust down some and I asked them to also install my FactionLab 1.5" wheel spacers. The two guys behind the desk both exclaimed "NO, don't do this, 1.5" is HUGE!. They said it would throw off my ride and wear down my wheel...

I too went Bilstein 5100 all around. I love them. Way better ride than OEM. Before with even 2023 shocks (less than 3k miles) I would go over a pothole and really feel it. Now, same pothole, hardly notice it at all. Good investment, I think.
Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom/experience. I kept with the 2.5" midpipe connection and I see that Borla has 3" and 2.75". So 2.75" then I'm thinking?
So do you think if I keep the Borla and add Magnaflow it will quiet down a little or a lot? I wouldn't mind the same just a little less decibels... thanks
I'm setup the same but with the Borla muffler. The first week I was contemplating having a resonator installed to soften the noise some. Now that some time has gone by it's not so bad. I'm not sure if over time the loudness/noise morphs, or maybe I've just grown accustomed to it. I do indeed...
My Borla make the exhaust note deeper and almost tractor like. The downpipe amplifies that and makes it sound stronger/meaner; like now it means business! :)
Here is my layout so far -
2023 Ford Ranger XLT - Ford Performance Tune, K&N CAI, CFV Intercooler & Pipes, Turbosmart Kompact EM Blowoff Valve, Borla S Exhaust, Mishimoto Red Radiator Hoses, Bilstein 5100 Suspension, Flatlaw Train Horn.
Yesterday I had the SPD downpipe installed (with Borla...
So got it all installed. I have to admit, much better driving and ride. Railroad track crossing is almost not existent bumpage. Truck feels more planted..
