Silly question but this is new to me, does the Mycalibrator always have to be attached to vehicle or only when installing tune?

There are several youtube videos on how to set up garage door opener. The instructions in manual did not work for me but after clearing the setting and following the video on tablet, it worked like a charm. I would start with clearing the settings first and then trying again. Wasted about 45...

Unfortunately I guess I'm SOL. I'll miss it. You would think that would be standard. Thank god it has Android Auto and iPhone Car Play.

Does anybody know if HD radio is standard with Sync 3? My Lariat does not seem to have it.
