For me it came down to a Taco or a Ranger. The Ranger had best in class towing, better torque, best in class fuel economy, and it was less expensive than Toyota. Plus I've been a Ford guy since 1980.

Well, it only took 8 months, but she's home. For anyone in the PNW that's thinking about a new Ford, Awesome Ford in Chehalis Washington lived up to their name, AWESOME! We were in and out in about an hour, no extras, no up sales, no BS. They honored the agreed price. Oh, this little rig will SCOOT!

With the new Ranger sitting at the dealer, waiting for us to pick it up Saturday, had to say goodbye to this old work horse. This was my dad's truck that he bought new in 1993. I feel happy, but kinda sad. ?

Good point. So many folks are getting the shaft these days, it's refreshing to see a dealership with integrity. Awesome Ford has been very good about keeping me in the loop the entire way!

When did yours show up?

I didn't even have to ask. So far, Awesome Ford in Chehalis WA have stayed in contact with me throughout the process. If the final paperwork goes as smooth as the rest of the process I will be very happy.

No, the salesman said it still needs to go through PDI and that will take a few days, besides my wife just went out of town for the weekend. We'll try for next Saturday. ?
