I really like that system also and had it on the list originally. I don't get out enough nights in my current kid situation to justify any of the systems I would love to have.
It is on my list, but have more important things to do first. We don't have a lot of big water crossings and I don't typically wheel in groups so dust is not a big concern either.
I have the OME on my short list when I upgrade the suspension. Had not considered the Revo's, will add them to pile of options. Loving the Ranger so far, once I install the Terrain Management option, will be even better off road.
Don't think so. I have the XLT so the 2 gauges and the screen in the middle. Same as yours probably. The offroad screen installed fine. You should be good.
I am wondering if it has to be fully removed. Right now just thinking of doing the knob and TM button. Thought I may be able to remove that without moving the center console.
@Michael Crowe - any insight on the center console? Also, after the changes did the TM system function properly with...
All good thoughts but those factory things that hang down would still have some ability to slide. If there was a rock on the frame before the mount points, would it damage the mounting point or not let the vehicle move forward. Don't know if it would matter, just thinking through it.
I used my rocksliders for the first time for real this weekend. Glad I have ones that bolt on. I have the shrockworks and can say I highly recommend. They are solid. 3 bolts per side and only 1 hole to drill. I would buy them again.
Love this, would be great if we could put this into our non fx4 rigs. Thanks for trying to figure this out, or figuring this out as it seems based on a closer review :) Would love some before and after on console and dash.
@Michael Crowe Did the TM actually change anything with how the...
Made it out on Friday night for a quick campout with my son. We went to George Washington National Forest in VA and camped close to Flagpole Knob. It was a great night on Friday and after breakfast had a decision to make. We could leave the easy way or the hard way. Of course I have only...
I saw that one. I have struggled between the portable power and getting the controllers and batteries. This just seems like the most cost effective way to go and I can move it between vehicles.
Just ordered a battery pack to power my fridge and other camp life items. Went with the EcoFlow R600 Pro. Current cost on Kickstarter is great and it has a good runtime. Cant wait to get it, supposed to arrive in September. Will have a review when it arrives...
So had my first real test on the trails this weekend. Headed out with my son to camp and test out the new truck. Camping was great, little rain and a nice breeze to dry everything out. Woke up in the morning and got to the real work. Trail definitely tested m comfort. I got to start...
I really like the Halo 9 from Alpine, they have a kit that works with the PX3 not sure if they will convert to US version, but that would be awesome, albeit expensive. Might be cheaper to go with a ford direct fit unit.
