My Lear soft tri folding cover has 2 clamps at the front and 2 spring clamps at the back and the sides fold up. In a down pour or snow storm i hav eyet to get water in from the cover as long as I put it on in the correct place.
Whiles a heaver hard folding cover may require additional clamps...
My Jeep Fiat Renegade had all f those issues too. the windows would freeze shut as melting water would get between the window and the door felt and freeze there. if you break it free it gets worse. let it warm naturally and it isn't to bad.
The snow on seats is based on the door seam location...
I paid $31K for my 2021 XLT. the idiots gave me $10k for a 2016 jeep. that should have been totaled in 2019 due to an accident.
mileages 23-24 in summer, 20 ish in the winter (remote start to warm it up every morning as I take the kids to daycare and I am not putting a toddler in a vehicle...
chip companies run at 90% of capacity. so at max if they can crank out 100 chips a month , they are already making 90. with down time etc, lets say they hit 95. How many months will it take to make an extra 200 chips?
2 years.
combine that with all sorts of secondary supply chain shortages...
Ford missed a chance.. The 2019 Rangers should be Called F-100's and the new Maverick should be called ranger. The new ranger is almost identical in length and height as the old ranger.
you are not confused you are confusing the standard redarc brake controller with the Ford factory redarc brake controller.
Ford uses the redarc brake controller plus a second module to into the brake light to allow things like autolock brakes, cruise control, etc to function. every thread...
You and I share latitude and I am about 800 feet higher than you. (drive straight across southern Vermont into NH and wave hello.)
Mine hasn't frozen even in the -10 we had last week.
I would blame a dealer, or who ever did your last oil change.
I would also garage warm it up to thaw it out...
The point is finanical
in 1999 I had a 1991 Olds cutlas seirra. I got stuck in a bank and a neighbor with a big truck drove by and helped yank me out. nothing to attach to so he wrapped around the axel.
The car never drove straight again. That guy did me 1 favor getting me out, and in the...
This reminds me of when i purchased my 2016 jeep liberty. I purchased one with dual mysky panels(the roof panels were removable)
I had the sales guy show me the unlock and removing feature of both panels. In a snow storm in Januaray in New England.
The panel got stuck in the open position...
2+2 isn't equaling 4 for me. do you have 3,000 or 30,000 miles? a 2020 purchased in utah with 11 miles on it, means 1/3 of it's life so far was just the drive to CA. it also means you wash it more than you drive it.
I think I went 2 days when I found a velocity blue XLT ranger coming out of a quiet side street in the next small town over.
So there is at least 2 of us. not surprising, as most dealership around me have been ordering at least 1 a month.
Almost got the catcus gray myself, but it was sold...
try to. When I bought a 2002 jeep liberty new. I was young and thoguth I had all my bases covered. I had payment terms etc everything the way I wanted it. a month later I realized they setup me up at 8.5% interest rate. I had awesome credit. it should have been under 5%. that was the largest...
you know normal every day driving doesn't bother me. we had to go out just after a snow storm and the side streets where still covered and the back end started sliding and I asked if she had ever driven rear wheel drive in the snow and she went Since when do trucks come in rear wheel drive...
