Why would my phone maps also go crazy when I plug into the USB and use the screen? Unplug all good…. Plug in and it may show me driving on water….very odd
I’ll give Google a try….the Apple Maps on my IPhone also goes wonky at times when plugged into the USB below the radio….I can unplug and replug and the GPS picks back up.
very odd, being it’s sporadic I believe I may have a GPS connection issue
Bringing this back up, my screen has a red GPS with a line thru it in the lower left corner. The Nav works sometimes but often gets lost mid trip. This even happens when I plug my IPhone into the USB and use it’s map….it will be fine then suddenly go crazy. I can unplug the phone and then replug...
I have the Ford bed liner that I put in and then took it out of my 2019 FX4 that I will give away.....pick up only.
I’m in the Northeast corner of Alabama.
I had it put in just after the purchase but decided to go with the spray in, which I haven’t done yet but the bed liner is behind my garage...
Can you explain your response please, not questioning just trying to understand because I have the RC spacer and plan to replace the front strut shocks so trying to determine if I should keep the spacer with a better strut shock or go to a fully adjustable strut...... I want the level lift but...
now, it has updated and is asking if I want to log into Ford Perfromance but is asking for a "voucher number" which I do not have, I originally installed this in August 2020.
I can get to that but when I download the procal 4 it simply ask me to save it, which I do, but it never seems to "run" meaning it shows as downloaded but from there nothing happens. I plug in the procal device and click the download and I get zip.
I'm with Julie, I owned 3 F150's over the past 10 years but in retirement decided to downsize to the Ranger Lariat FX4. The ride doesn't compare and the lack of interior or bed space is a whole other ball of stuff. The Ranger is fast, fun to drive, and easy to park but in my opinion doesn't...
I already installed the Fox 2.0 on the rear and now want to address the front. The Eibach struts are cheaper, would it be a problem having Fox on the rear and Eibach on the front?
FYI- the rear replacements worked out great and made a big difference in the ride/drive quality
so go figure, this afternoon I made a run to the bank and on the way home the truck found itself!
Nav now shows current location and appears to be working fine...…. not sure what happened but crapped out on Monday evening and came back Friday afternoon, crazy!
I noticed last night that the Nav screen does have a red circle showing GPS with a line thru on the lower left of the map screen, obviously the GPS isn't working which is why the vehicle is stuck on the map
yep, I did the "soft" reset yesterday..... the map keeps showing the same location, about an hour from where I live...... odd thing about it is this is the area I was in when I was trying to use it a couple of days ago, it's like it just locked up where I was located and will not change or update
