  1. 1.5" Wheel Spacers and 2" Leveling Kit Installed

I had gotten use to the distance between my truck and the vehicle it detected in front before it started braking for the adaptive cruise control and noticed immediately that it was braking way earlier. I keep the sensitivity for the distance set at max and it was still detecting a vehicle ahead...
  2. Woohoo! "the Ranger Tremor section is now made!"

Nah , I actually went to order a Tremor but they could not tell me when it would be in. I'm already in that sinking ship with my Bronco order so I ended up just getting a FX4 they had just traded for .
  3. Woohoo! "the Ranger Tremor section is now made!"

If I put tires and a Tremor sticker on my FX4 can I get in ?
  4. Aftermarket Headlight Options

LOL , I have more experience at night driving and accessorizing vehicles than you believe you know about me and my lights are properly installed and perfectly fine . I'm not about to get into a pointless internet argument with anyone that thinks aftermarket LEDs can't be set properly . It's...
  5. Aftermarket Headlight Options

That actually might be a good solution to appease those with overly sensitive eyes . Maybe a set of NVGs are the answer ,lol .
  6. Aftermarket Headlight Options

The new Bronco is LED in a reflector housing from the factory . Most people that simply drop in a replacement LED bulb into a halogen reflector do not even attempt to position the bulb correctly within the housing or to aim the assembly afterwards . Aftermarket replacement LED bulbs do not...
  7. Remote start

The app communicates directly to the BCM thru the modem . If you get a key FOB the truck would still need the receiver unit for it to operate.
  8. Stopped waiting on a Maverick...

From what I've seen of the 2023 Ranger , it is going to look more like its little brother than I would like :(
  9. ASS Option?

    :rolleyes:OK funny guy , you're officially blocked . That was cold .
  10. ASS Option?

I hope my Bronco gets in on this before the chip shortage is over !
  11. TPMS PSI isn't accurate

If you drove around for 20 minutes then the tires are warm and will read higher . The 32psi is probably just under a half psi off . I think it rounds to the next number . Mine read 30-30-30-30 until i ride awhile then they show 32-33 also .
  12. Electrified Paint

Yep , was popular for awhile .
  13. Electrified Paint

Was doing this back in 1995 . I'll try to round up a pic when I get home . We had a Honda Accord in the World of Wheels during that time . Maybe they have made it more dependable . Once you clearcoat then have an electrical issue it's worthless ,lol .
  14. Damper impaired

AZScorpion , give these guys at Edison a call !
  15. TPMS PSI isn't accurate

The manual states that the TPMS readings should not be used in place of actually checking the tire pressure . Mine are spot on though . The wifes car has a checkbox in the TPMS menu that allows you to calibrate the onscreen psi to actual tire pressure so surely the Ranger allows that to be...
  16. 1.5" Wheel Spacers and 2" Leveling Kit Installed

I did not have to re-calibrate the windshield sensor as my lane assist still operates as before the 2.5" level kit but did definitely re-aim the headlights and adjust the radar for the adaptive cruise/emergency braking . Adjusting the radar in the bumper is easy as there is a hexhead bolt with a...
  17. What did you do to your Ranger today?

Installed new tires today . 275/65R18 Falken Wildpeak AT3's on the 2.5" Torch Off Road front leveling spacers . Rode across the bumpy pasture and did a few sharp u-turns while bouncing around and all is good :) Stock Vs New Tires
  18. Added 2.5 inches...

I have Falken Wildpeak AT3s coming in tomorrow . The tire dealer was great and ordered a set each of 265/65R18 and the 275/65R18 . I'm hoping the 275/65 will fit fine . They are going to mount those up front first and we'll go from there .
