Having owned a 5th gen 4runner trail edition, I think it's weight distribution and toyota tech.
I would never spin tires where the rest of my family's in pickup would spin when their bed's were empty going to the hunting camp. The crawl control is also very good but it's so slow that I would...
I liked that video, it really showed the limitation of the Ford automated system and showed that the truck can still do it with a little momentum. I'm looking forward to him test other trucks and see if they perform the same or not.
Yeah my build date was push back to November 8th. It was suppose to be next week. Chip shortage and the bronco production starting back up are not helping.
Hahaha place the order at the same time as you and got the same thing for the truck so far.
Same husky liner, same middle storage cubby, also got a backrack with the tonneau cover adapter.
And also, still no truck ;)
What
Absolutely! 35 vs 31 is massive and justify the upgrades. What I don't get, is the rating for the bronco's that come with 31, 32 or 33 inch tires compare to our ranger's that come with the same size tire. The alternator placement is the same, roughly equal to the top of the tire on both...
I know, I know, replying to myself, not usually a good sign
I just got back from the bush and we had to Sawzall the spare tire off of one the trucks when going up because the spare tire mechanism seized up and broke.
Not fun when 80km's in and it's night. It took us 6 extra hours to...

The problem when there's not enough snow is...
Ford states in the Bronco owner's manual that with the sasquatch package (lift and 35 inch tires) you can go up to 33.5 inches of water fording capability and that anything else is 31.5 inches.
It's really weird to me that we get very different rating for the same engine and tire height...
I always keep it that way to avoid problems with the valve stem when getting high centered in a mud hole.
Also, it makes me drop the spare and actually take a good look at it so that I can verify it's still in good shape.
Ultimately, any of the tires from bfgoodrich, cooper, falken, toyo, nitto, firestone will do what you want to do, just go with a tire that has the snowflake symbol and appeal to you look wise.
They are all excellent tires and you will not be disappointed.
Side note: It's always nice to turn...
