Where did you get that information? I had almost 15k miles on them when I traded my Jeep in, no road noise they had over 5k miles on them before winter conditions hit and no issues getting around at all in deep snow and slushy snow. So where did you get that information?
Who doesn't know the...
I suggest the Falken Wildpeak HT/02. Its a very aggressive highway tire that should be called an AT. I ran them on my Grand Cherokee and they performed well in winter conditions. Also won't break the bank like Michelin or BFG's.
Highschool buddy of mine had a 78' blue and white two tone king cab F250 with the 460. At night we would take that thing out and plant the speedo in the ground on the interstate passing traffic like it was standing still. In town he would put lowriders to shame as he could put that nose straight...
Biggest and common mistake is people think the changes happen automatically when they fill it up with 91 or 93. Takes about two tank fills before the computer completely adjusts and you see results.
That's not a Toyota that's a Subaru with a Toyota badge. Gunma is the home of Subaru which is on Japanese License plates actually for the Gunma Prefect. In the Japanese market it isn't uncommon where one manufacturer designs and tests a model then shares it with another or sometimes two...
Tesla started this whole ordeal, then BMW and Mercedes stepped up offering this crap but reversed because there was a nice article that shamed BMW horribly over Apple Carplay and Android Auto. The Hyundai Kona has it standard and free but you had to pay BMW for it. Toyota slow as ever thought it...
Average about 21.5 to 22 in town depending on how many idiots are on the streets when I commute and Auto Start Stop is disabled. Best highway tank was 27.7 done by hand calculation before the LA gridlock from Nashville down past Atlanta. I suspect I had better coming up from Kansas City as I...
My wife likes the 6g Raptor and she has agreed we will keep the 5g, I can switch out between both for commuting to work and give the wife the Raptor in severe winter weather while I take the 5g. Having just a standard part time 4wd setup has left me tickled pink for the year and a half I've...
Funny you talk about "regulations" when the North American Ford Escort was the Laser in the Pacific Market... Simple fact is here's the break down Toyota isn't the only manufacturer that is able to keep the model the same global with "minor differences" and keep in mind only 14% of the globe is...
This is the first truck I have had where I don't say daily "I should have just kept the car" because the 5g Ranger isn't a gas hog. Yes your wallet will lay in bed next to you crying, mine has with all the small things I have done to mine.
Update, everything is working the following morning, fired up the Ranger to go to work, brought up the sources menu for the radio and was able to select Safelite Radio. Spoke with dealership which as usual "If it's working why worry about it?" Which my response was "Well let's see the system...
Except the North American Escort had nothing to do with the Global Escort, that predecessor to the "One Ford" slogan. One Ford for the Globe one Ford for North America. Also you missed something, I said Prius that pesky little Hybrid which drives 10 mph or slower in the left hand lane which is...
When Toyota introduced the Prius, they lost $10k per car sold. Toyota pushed it for world wide sales, more units they sold, the more they could work to make it break even in the end. When you limit production and market (location) on product that is costing money rather than making it, sooner or...
Lifetime warranty my bottom end, never seen an auto manufacturer that couldn't/refuse to admit they may mess up every once in a while building a car until I bought a Toyota.
