This seems to be a common problem for Ford. My 2019 Fiesta ST needed a similar repair and it is understood that these actuators go bad on a regular basis. I think they need a new vendor, across the board, or something.
We've had some colder weather here recently (in the 20s) and I'm noticing a couple of hard shifts when I first start driving. Totally fine once everything warms up. Is this pretty common with these trucks?

Purchased my truck with less than 100 miles on 22 April 2019 and just started getting notices relating to the battery. So, 4.5 years and 60k miles here. I bought a new battery and just need to muster up the motivation to toss it in when I have some free time.
About 40k miles on my truck with spacers and no issues. Closer to 100k on my previous truck with a similar setup and no issues there either. About 1/2 of my truck driving is moderate off-road and no complaints with the way it handles here.

I also had my windshield replaced at one point, and everything works fine without doing any recalibration. The motive is easy money for techs IMHO, unless something isn't working or throwing a code.
