When you had the Softopper over the Decked, did you have to remove the cotter pin to collapse/install the Softopper? Is the decked high enough to interfere with the hinge mechanism on the Softopper?

How many people are drilling for front bulkhead buttons, vs velcro, vs magnets? I've got the factory spay in bedliner and magnets just seem to slide all over it so I don't know if magnets will hold well.

OK - Nice...now I get it. Hopefully that was a picture you already had ;-) So the module goes on that opening and the grommet is inside that opening going to the underside of the truck above frame level?

I know that the stock Tremor tubes are NOT rock sliders and are NOT frame mounted. Any idea how much weight they can support if being dragged (not dropped hard) over something?

Was this an existing grommet or a grommet you added? I'm considering ways to get ham radio power/antenna in and out of the cab and without introducing leaks from weather/watercrossings.

Installed a Softopper. Still need to get thicker weather striping and work through Velcro vs Snap issues with the flaps, but still happy with it

UPDATE: No issues since 8/11 with a mix of off-road, in-town, and highway driving. Wheel balance seemed to be the issue.

Hit a local off-road park Sunday…primarily for motorcycles with a small 4x4 area.

UPDATE: Took to Americas Tire on a break from work. They balanced and found three wheels out of spec from .5oz to 1oz. Quick drive and no vibrations until 90mph. Also tried to tell me that because I have off-road tires (stock tremor tires) I should expect vibrations ? Will report back after a...

Problem occurred with 0 mods. I now have Xtrusion rack (updated post). Wheels appear clean (no fluids) and no spots on driveway. I'll look closer this weekend...but where specifically.
