Thanks, I was wondering what the height would be. That is the height of the F-150 when trailer attached with a 2" drop hitch. I haven't put the Wing in the trailer to see if it drops more. It shouldn't be any more than 1/2" as most of the weight (engine) of the Wing is over the axles.
I have a mag-light 3-C cell flashlight and my jumper battery under the rear driver side. A length of rope and my small bag of bungee cords/ratchet straps fits perfectly in the rear passenger side.
I just checked mine out today and noticed it required an almost 6" drop. My F-150 is 20" with a Triple hitch. The Ranger is 25 1/2" with the triple hitch. I couldn't raise my 6x12 enclosed trailer up enough to hitch it to the Ranger. Should have taken a pic!
We normally tow with the F-150...
Hmmm....mine went out Monday. Dealer ordering another. How long will the new one last? Replace keypad every month? I think not....Ford will have to rectify the situation.
The stop/turn signals are not on the same wire (circuit) if you have one wire for stop and one for turn.
EDIT
The 2 wires on the emblem are for (1) park/tail light and (2) stop/turn, of which the Ranger doesn't have #2 (I believe)
I want to order this myself, so I have a couple questions. Did you see or do you have the invoice for the parts? I am curious on how to order the bolts and studs. Does the invoice have a qty for the bolts/studs? I see it is a package of 4. Is a package of 4 considered 1 order? I mean if I...
@me01 All seems well with my trailer turn signals. Mine are LED also. The only reason your flasher should blink fast is if there is no or little resistance to the flasher module. Normally that means there is a burnt out light for a regular bulb. There may be a short in your trailer wiring...
