I don't think thats to bad of a deal for a lariat with the extras the owner put on. Looks like fender flares, running boards, hood deflector, window deflectors etc. You might be able to get them down some from there.

I put 285/65R tires on mine and with the crash bars removed no issues. I was told by Ford Performance that the tune would not void the normal 3yr/36,000 mile warranty

Well I'm pretty much done customizing. Pretty much installed everything Air Designs makes for the Ranger. Just finished painting the Ford grille Rapid Red, also painted torx head and ford logo on wheels. Tinted rear taillights and third brake light also.
