Hi Ranger5g,
I’ve been working on a low profile easy to use tow mirror for the Ranger. Curious to get some feedback, questions and thoughts on the style and to gauge interest on making a few for forum members. Thanks in advance!

As I recall I paid about $2400. No wing windows, but with fold down front window on a deal. Didn’t realize how useful the Auto Unlock features and did not order. You’ll be happy you did. BTW - welcome to the club! ?
I also saw that you haven’t ordered a tailgate damper…..yet! You’ll...
Thanks for the feedback. I wanted to ClearViews but couldn’t justify the price for as infrequently that I tow. I was also thinking about what you mentioned about the mirror back catching wind. So far so good, but what the heck, I can always make another prototype!
After a couple more...
Hi Ranger5g,
Ever since I bought my Ranger, I’ve been trying to find a solution for towing mirrors that worked well and didn’t look like crap. Soooooo, I went and bought a 3d printer and decided to create my own. Still working on a couple things but they fit snugly and attach with Velcro straps...
Thanks for coming backing and sticking with it. I also stopped posting/visiting after a crappy comment by a now banned individual. I’m back for another try and looking forward to sharing and learning. I’ve got a set of trailer mirrors I’d love to get some feedback on!
Hi Benny,
I’m looking at a couple upgrades for my 2020 and I always check Levittown first because of past purchases and awesome prices. Have you got any coupon codes available?
Cheers! Andy
Nice thing about these airlift bags is they have a built in jounce bumper in case the bags go to zero. Not sure if I would run them flat all the time but it’s good to know the bumper is in the bag to protect.
Yes, installed myself. Took about an hour for the whole thing following the instructions provided. Good pictures. Take your time and I recommend buying and assortment pack of airline hose connectors and fittings so you can route it where you want. I installed 90 degree fittings on top of the...
I have Firestone airbags and I’m very happy with them. They will restore the “attitude” of the truck and take the sag away. Like others said, it won’t increase your payload capacity, as far as I know, but it will get your ride height back to where you want in under load. I use them for towing a...
when my dealer got the first Rangers they pulled this scam. 4,000 dealer mark up over MSRP , didn’t even try to hide it as prep, it was clearly a dealer nut. Quite shameless about it too. Like previous poster said, when customers stop paying over msrp, the price will come down. That’s the beauty...
Capitalism at its finest. I went to buy a motorcycle for my son a couple Months ago with similar scenario. I looked at sticker price then at their sales tag….30% mark up due to “demand“. Shitty lesson to learn about capitalism but no way I was going to pay that much over. Bastard wouldn’t even...
I noticed this at first when I was trying to get my trailer hitch set up. One side higher than the other In the rear. However, I installed air bags and it seems to have resolved. roughly an inch difference before. Now less than half an inch between sides. This could be because the air bags air...
Looks like maybe the screws you used to attach to the dash tray are hitting some plastic underneath. That’s what happened to me, so I used a step drill bit to clearance the portion under tray. Used a grease marker on bottom of bolt to figure where to drill. Worked great. PM if you have any...
