Oh man haha, yes, you would definitely need that cable for the battery installation!
I should have mentioned this in my first post, which I will do right away for anyone else in the future :)
Thanks, I'm going to give that cable a try. I have had the same issues as you describe for months now, basically ever since I received an AA update on my Note 9. Maybe this will fix it, I kind of gave up on AA but would love to use it again.
Not a problem.
As for that question, I'm not too certain as I haven't done it myself yet, but the OP said on the first post it was easy: https://www.ranger5g.com/forum/threads/gfb-dv.2119/#post-25832
I'm sure others can weigh in on this :)
In a post a few pages back, it was said that If it is not a daily driver to check annually for sticking, and if it’s a daily driver check to every 12-15k miles for sticking :)
Just found a vid of a Ranger with the VTA... I'm kind of thinking I want that now lol
lol we recently received an email from the dealer we originally had our Explorer from.. it said they were in need of a Nissan Frontier and loved to have ours... if it was paper, it would've burned lol
If they do, let's hope it's not going to be that diesel engine though lol
I have literally no need for a 4x4 or FX4 where I live, so a 4x2 it was :)
I can't offroad here afaik, we don't have steep mountainous terrain, I don't work or drive on farmland etc. All my Ranger sees is paved roads (although that by itself seems to be needing a 4x4 at times, with all the...
No, I don't believe I had much of an issue with those. I did, however, have serious issues with getting the back of the bed nice and tight, see photos here: https://www.ranger5g.com/forum/threads/truxedo-tonneau-covers.1867/page-4#post-59881
(oh, and you can also see the ribs there lol, they're...
I understand. You could aks the person who got it for you, to check who the seller is on Amazon. I know Blackboxmycar also sells on Amazon, so it is possible they were the seller. But even if not, you may be able to find out who it was, and see if the seller could help out :)
Not a problem. Where did you purchase it? It may be worth reaching out to where you got it from... I got both my cams from blackboxmycar.com and I always felt they were very helpful if I had an issue of some sort.
Looks good! I love my Pro X15, I installed it a while ago. If you want to get rid of those ribs (the ones that go from front to back, so to say), you can try undoing the velcro on one side (or on both sides if someone helps you) and pull the cover towards you. Repeat on the other side (unless...
Hmm, in that case, there must be something else going on, and I think you should even be able to use #36 again in that case (but #37 is fine too, though).
Just in case, is the battery pack fully charged? It is possible there's not enough charge in the battery, and that it shuts off the dashcam...
Not a problem :)
You could try them, but if they're not in use, it is possible they don't receive any power at all (they may not be connected). Also, your #36 may have a different function than mine, but I think you can see this in the manual as well. If it does have a different function, it...
