Yo Bret,
Just found a Leer for my neighbors Canyon, he bought it, but it's navy & his truck is black. He got a local price of $500!!! Is this correct? Sounds too good to be true; I told him to get me 2 cans of Krylon, but he's super fussy. Go figure, it's only a GM, lol....Trevor
Aha, been to that one, they are cool and it's nice they are preserving them! My friends in Frankford, DE say the lake at their house is up 31" due to rain right now...
Haha, I'm with you on that! I've got a hitch step but can't use it with the tailgate down, which really when Ineed it....how about this one? Looks to be at the edge of the tail gate? I'd seen one that was fixed, but was hoping for one that swiveled. This one looks good, though...
Hope you like it as much as I like mine...Dont really have any water leakage to speak of, from driving in rain, or car washes, tho it's in the garage overnight. Only once so far I removed it to use the full bed...
Haha...nice truck but how did you get one that's not white in FL?? Thought that was a law down there...my 2 sisters are west of Gainesville near Chiefland, on the Suwannee River. We go to Cedar Key when we visit them, nice, on the Gulf.
Saving up this post for a few recent items:
1. I've been resisting new floor mats, either Weather Tech or Husky, etc, because I moved my old Duck Dynasty mats, bought new at a yard sale, from my old Ranger to my new one. I sort of liked them, but finally bit the bullet and got a front and rear...
Nope, no problems, followed the steps on this forum, make sure you have a plastic trim removing tool...lots of people break a few tabs, but I didn't. Now I think the lower grill looks bare in the center, like a big hole, dont know why Ford didn't match the sides. May have to address this.
Haha Phil, I likewise have plan F, they called it the Cadillac Plan when got it...booo, I prefer calling it the Lincoln Plan. It's great. I dumped Humana D Rx for this year when they jacked the rates, but my buddy wasn't so quick and they've been soaking him all year! Since I retired in...
Hey Phil,
Been there, done that, bought the t-shirt. But this year they are blasting the tv with ads for "Free" Advantage plans instead of Supplementals. There must be some catch to get you, I'm guessing high deductibles and out-ot-pockets and co-pays, otherwise how can they offer $0...
HAHA, I think they are actually bug catchers, not deflectors. I've resisted one of these so far, had them on my last 3 trucks. I think they mostly keep from chipping the paint there for the next owner! Looks like it prevents your hood from closing:LOL:
Not what did I do to my Ranger today, but what I did NOT do. I was working in the same area where I had a fiasco with my old Ranger, and remembered to NOT run over my tailgate in the yard. Mostly because I did NOT remove the tailgate to haul brush and mulch this time
