Unfortunately I have not heard or seen any install videos but it was not too bad. i have absolutely no experience and got it done. One thing I wish I knew tho was that you can loosen the intercooler to give you a little bit of play. which honestly would save you alot of trouble trying to fit it...

Yeah man I heard a sound that I did not sound like the turbo. it turns out I didn't tighten everything. The springs in my clamps are now all the way compressed. but I have not heard anything weird since.

No you can unplug it after you flash your truck. I had the same question before I bought it and so far this tune has been nothing but impressive.
