as long as it fixes it, I am good. LOL
It was a bit scary, I throttled down to pass a lady on 104th near sheridan and the entire truck started to rock. I was like oh shit, is this how the trans feels when it really grenades itself. . . ?
oldered a set of NGK plugs and DPFE today. . . running errands this morning at WOT it bucked and surged like it was going to explode - CEL and P0301 code popped . . . it runs fine at <75% WOT guess I 'll be getting good gas mileage while waiting for my parts. lol
The company I saw makes them for rv's and rigs... They are in the thousands... Would be great if they would make one that just plugs into the mirror - don't they make one that has a bed camera... Hrmmmm
I really like the look of the Rivian R3 - looks like an electric VW Golf...
I really would love to get a 2-door bronco . . . they look super nimble and I think they would be good to drag behind a camper.
EDIT- Of course the badlands, lux sasquatch is still a 60k vehicle - even as a 2-door...
First thing that comes to mind is lower ball joints - with a lift the are often stressed and can prematurely wear. Or from hitting a pothole at speed, I had it happen both ways with my Foz that was lifted. If you have the ability to isolate which side it comes from, pull the wheel and inspect...
Perception is reality...
The color might also assist with feeling like the led is better/brighter.
Which company does the 1 lux test ie they measure how far out the lights are when they measure 1 lux of output... I feel like it would be some good data if there were a way to say at 90*...
It probably has something to do with they don't have to design a whole new pcb if they include it on every model they sell...
Thinking out loud maybe they have a single board and they program the i/o based on the vehicle and specific leds in each housing... Would make sense from a manufacturing...
Appreciate the reasoned responses here.
In Florida we camped out of my subaru forester and my philosophy was don't do anything you can't get out of, alone. I've brought that thinking into my truck, we're going out to have fun, not stress about breaking things.
In the army I'd say, think...
The biggest annoyance I have with my xprite chase light bar is the turn signals are wired to the same leds as the brake lights. So hitting brakes you lose turn signals... Not a big deal as I got it really as a replacement high mount brake light. But an annoyance none the less. ?
The amber leds...
And when you call back just say I called about this issue before and explain that it was really a shock to you and you probably said some thing you shouldn't have. Apologize for that - even if you said or did nothing wrong...
This really is a bummer to hear about on a low mileage vehicle.
That is something thta had crossed my kind, being stuck and having to double back, but figured it would be a rare occurance...
Now to source 3 x 5 gallons of fuel cans for our trip next summer... ?
You went solo vehicle ? I guess I should go back and read the first post... ?
