Same in Costa Rica. All 3 of the rangers I saw were Raptors. Lots of Hilux, Nissans and Isuzu trucks. And also saw a Mahindra and a Fiat truck. Didn't even know they made any.
Dang. Glad I went when I did - the dry season. Really liked it down there. You can buy real estate pretty cheap. Saw a $350K house down there that would easily sell for $750-$1million here in Nashville. And the Costa Ricans were all really nice.
Went to Costa Rica a couple weeks back. I was surprised at how many 4wd trucks down there had a snorkel. At least half of them. Never seen so many in my life. It must really rain a lot during the rainy season.
Really nice. I do love that color. Now the upgrades. Fun thing is you never seem done. I had a Porsche Macan before my Tremor and I get a lot more comments on Tremor.
had Thought to myself before getting to the dealership that I was gonna tell the manager that they were either trying to screw me or his tech was a retard. Never spoke to him though
Actually I wasn't ugly on the phone call at all. All I said, was, I don't care how long the technician took, you quoted me $189. That and, that's fine, I'll see what the manager has to say about it. But I was not ugly.
The tune is awesome
So an update. Went to the dealer Walked up to the register and told the lady I would probably need to speak to the manager and she asked me if I was Clay. Was a little weird. But she followed up by telling me it was already taken care of and they would honor the quote. So I guess I had...
The guy told me $189. The different guy who called me today said that was an hourly rate and actually had the audacity to tell me they were cutting me a deal as it took them half a day. Looks like I'll be having a discussion with the GM.
So, I finally broke down and bought the Ford Performance Pack for my Tremor. Called my actual dealer and he said it would be 3 weeks. So called the dealer near me last Thursday and he told me that if I brought it in at 7am on Friday they would have it back to me that day. Well, they didn't...
Hey everyone,
I just bought a Gator retractable cover and started installation yesterday. It like every other retractable has two drain tubes. My question is because when my truck came in I had the dealership spray a Line X liner before I went to go pick it up as it was surprisingly $150...
For trifold I’d go bak Flip, roll up truxedo, retractable Gator or retrax. i Generally over evaluate purchases. Finally decided I wanted a retractable and went with the Gator recoil. For me it’s fine but if I were riding Around with expensive tools in the bed, I would have gotten something...
only because the damper is the most direct path to Ranger nirvana, and as the damper Buddha you would be able to guide the enlightened path:)
Although, the damper costs, and disconnecting the cable doesn’t
i love playing with my damper just to watch it go down. So does my wife. And no...
it looks great on the Tremor, congrats. As a new owner, the first thing I would suggest you do is disconnect the auto stop start cable from the negative terminal of your battery. That thing drove me crazy. Of course Dave will say order a damper.
ok, thanks for making me question if I’m a little slow. 25 years? New to me and I thought this was some new innovation they likely had on shark tank. Oh well, learn something new everyday Lol.
This is my favorite thing about this forum. Every mod/accessory idea has come from here. I’m 5’10” and struggle to reach things in the bed of my tremor. After seeing this I bought one from powerbuilt for $63. Problem solved and I bet a lot cheaper than selling and buying a truck.
