If it was a "home" installation, it probably wouldn't be on the servers. And, a home installation would also void the warranty for that product since it was not dealer installed. It most likely has the tune package, but no warranty. My dealer quoted 400.00 for the install. So, it's probably...

Turn off engine to conserve battery sounds like a huge draw on the battery. Ask you Ford service department or look up online to find probable causes of message. Could have been a power surge as well as a battery cell problem. But, since it ran okay after that, could have been one connection...

There is no excuse possible for anyone to install such an obviously defective product/part. I can believe my eyes. That is unforgivable. A supervisor should have been informed. That would have held up the assembly line. But, that would have been better than letting a truck go out like that...
